Fast Cables has launched a Trainee Program to provide an opportunity for fresh engineering graduates and diploma holders to become part of our dynamic team. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to support young engineers in the country and complements our Fast Scholarship Program in leading engineering universities across Pakistan.

This on-the-job training program will help young aspiring engineers acquire the skills and knowledge needed for professional growth and career advancement in a competitive market place. Participants will take part in an Orientation Program at relevant Manufacturing Unit followed by on job training in different sections of the facility. Top performers may also get an opportunity to continue working with Fast Cables as permanent employees.
